Our management team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to discuss any issues in relation to the smooth operation and transportation of goods. Our reputation in the industry is outstanding for customer satisfaction with the objective to satisfy our customer’s requirements. This availability is not a charge by the hour rate, it is provided as an extra benefit with the contract. Unfortunately, many multi national companies cannot provide or guarantee such personal service.
Our main client base is in primary and food industries. We are specialists at carting grain and protein meal. We don’t transport livestock or containers. No dangerous liquids goods.
We haul a range of seasonal commodities for Victorias primary industries and related sectors, including grain, protein meals, fertilisers and many more.. Each industry we deal with requires a different solution and we pride ourselves on working with our customers to ensure their specific needs are met.
As members of the Victorian Farmers Federation we have enjoyed good relationships with primary producers and related industries. Our long association with the primary industry sector means that we have expert knowledge about the specific requirements of bulk cartage and haulage.
As an Australian freight company, we are diligent participants in the NHVAS (National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme) and submit to regular audits of Mass Management and Maintenance Management.
